To provide care, we collect information such as your contact details, your child's name and date of birth, relevant medical details, and the written consent of both parents. This information is necessary to deliver the procedure safely and to provide aftercare.
We use your information solely to provide and follow up on your care, to write to your GP with your knowledge, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
